The Davenport Community Land Trust (DCLT) working group began forming in 2024 and was grounded in grassroots organizing in and around Pelham Park Gardens, the Davenport Perth Community Ministry, The Stop, and the Davenport Perth Neighbourhood and Community Health Centre.
As the DCLT grows, we seek to bring community owned and stewarded land, homes and services to Davenport.

The DCLT project emerged from people engaged in community spaces, community programming, community gardens, and affordable housing.
Our vision is to carry forward this energy through the delivery of affordable housing that is paired with wrap-around services that address food insecurity, climate justice, and the deep belief that affordable housing needs to be dignified, joyful and mutually supportive.
